I am sort of guessing with 1909 but the subway is there so there is some means of establishing a date. The view is looking north if you were standing on the roof of an apartment building in Marble Hill. I see a few buildings that are still standing but not many. The churches on Kingsbridge Avenue, St. Johns and Church of the Mediator, are still there, of course. There is a nice victorian mansion hidden among some trees center left. That is still there as well although it is easy to miss. It is on Godwin Terrace between 230th and 231st Streets.
