As a member, you are helping to keep our past alive for the present and future residents of Kingsbridge, Riverdale, Spuyten Duyvil, Marble Hill, and Inwood. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit with no salaried employees so 100% of your dues go to the operation of the society. As a member, you are entitled to the following benefits:

- Early notification of events – You will be the first to hear about our neighborhood walks and lectures, which is useful when event capacity is fixed;
- Participation in our online forum;
- Optional notifications sent to your inbox whenever new historical content is posted on the website; and
- Access to the digital archives – We are uploading rarely seen old photos and images of the neighborhood on a continual basis. These files are the private collection of the KHS and only members will have the ability to access them.
