I came across this cabinet photograph on ebay and did not buy it many years ago. I am hoping that with current interest in the recent maps and postings, someone can identify the name on the back or recognize the structure.
This looks like the Victorian on Independence Avenue, just south of the intersection with 254th Street, on the west side of the avenue in today’s “Historic District.” I can’t decipher the name either.
From Google Earth views it appears not to have the same roof features as the picture although it looks to be a beautiful house. Unless there were major reconstruction to achieve its present appearance, I don’t believe it to be the house in the picture, Kathy.
